This is really sad. Since when does ACE care about toning and scuplting? An organization that prides itself on being the fitness watchdog ought to know that there is no such thing as toning and targeting. Further, those squats and lunges were horrible. I doubt I’ll renew my certs again next year. You people make me sick and are making America more fat by qualifying this crap as exercise.
