Hey everyone! I'm 14... 5'1 and 133 lbs :[
I want to work out losing some excess belly fat, fat around the thighs, arm flab, and wide hips, and a firmer butt.
So far, I have been running/walking on the treadmill, or going on the eliptical everyday for the past week for 30+ min. I feel as if this isnt enough.. I have also done reps. of 10 lbs on each arm.
Any dieting [food wise] tips on how to lose weight...!?
And any exercising tips... like run/jog a certain amnt. of min.
I have weights, a treadmill, eliptical, yoga mat... how can i get creative with those?
